Know the common stress triggers

Today, stress has become a common problem. Numerous people across the globe are battling with stress. To overcome stress one must identify the causes of stress. Whilst there can be numerous causes of stress, some common factors that trigger a stress outbreak have been identified.

Here are some of the most common factors that can cause stress.

Finances. Amidst various other causes of stress, finance has been identified as the most prominent cause. Most studies and surveys confirm that finances are the cause of stress and anxiety. Mounting debt, increasing expenses or the need to purchase a house or a car are some of the most common factors that trigger stress.

Work. Stress at work is not something that is new. Numerous office goers deal with stress at work place. Disagreement with bosses or colleagues, increasing competition, job insecurity, changing policies, dominating bosses are some of the factors that can cause stress at workplace.

Family. It is true that family is the greatest pillar of support and strength. However, family can be a cause of stress as well. There are numerous happenings in the family that can lead to stress. Arguments between the parents or with the spouse, disagreements with children, child education are some of the common things in the family that can trigger stress. Health of family members can also be a cause of stress.

Obesity. Obesity or excessive weight is yet another factor that has been linked to stress. People who are overweight feel extremely conscious about them self and end up being victims of stress. Obese people are reluctant to go out and face problems in their social life, which also leads to stress.

Physical appearance. Yes, not all of us blessed to be the angelic beauties and Greek gods. But, there are some who take their physical appearance way too seriously. People who feel that they are not as good looking as their peers are often victims of stress.

There are several other factors as well that can trigger stress such as personal relationships, safety, death, personal concerns and several others.
